CURRENT PROJECTS
West 9 are currently undertaking a residential refurbishment on a five bedroom, five bathroom 4,500 square foot property in the desirable Hampstead Suburb area.
Stripped back to brick, a new crown roof is being constructed to expand the usable floor space, and a full high specification fit out throughout.
Due for completion Dec 2023
This exciting development involves the refurbishment of an existing traditional East London pub, and creation of five new residential apartments over three additional floors built over the ground floor pub.
The £1m scheme is due for completion Summer 2024.

West 9 have recently completed a residential refurbishment, extension and full fit out of a five storey Grade II residential property a stones throw from London Victoria Station.
Works included a two storey rear extension with glazed roof and double height aluminium framed windows. New acoustic floors and walls were installed to client requirements.
Original Grade II features were retained and delicately replicated where required.
