West 9 was created and founded by Paul Kelly, whom with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry has developed the company to specialise primarily in the high-end residential market.
Equally at home with new build, mixed use schemes and private high spec refurbishment projects, our construction specialities include basements, major structural alterations to create open plan living, listed buildings, roof extensions, and constructing additional floors / dwellings on top of existing buildings.
We primarily operate in Central London, but can equally work within the M25, or further afield for specific projects.
Our strategy is to combine pro-active project management and technical construction expertise, with our supply chain of specialist suppliers and sub-contractors in order to successfully deliver challenging construction projects to the highest possible standard.
We always strive to be an integral member of the project team, working closely and pro-activly with the client design team. We work on a repeat basis with a number of Developers, Architects and Structural Engineers who appreciate and enjoy our work ethic and ability to offer constructive solutions to the challenges that arise throughout a project.

OUR TEAM
Originally from a Quantity Surveying background, Paul subsequently moved into the residential sector and has accumulated nearly 15 years experience of project managing and overseeing numerous high specification residential and mixed use developments.
Primarily in the London area, Paul has built up a wealth of construction knowledge, from groundworks and basements, through to to final fit-out and bespoke finishes. Combined with a good commercial background, this has led to ongoing success in securing and completing some fantastic projects with new and repeat clients.
West 9 have developed a strong team over a number of years, with the perfect blend of in house staff, sub-contract gangs and bespoke suppliers and manufacturers.
West 9's own in house teams will undertake general building works, including demolitions, groundworks, structural alterations, carpentry and joinery.
We then have a close and reliable team of local manufacturers, suppliers and specialist sub-contractors, who work with us on an ongoing basis.
Our aim is to keep the chain of command from client instruction to site operations as short as possible. All site works are overseen and managed by our team of Contract Managers, who are responsible for the day to day running of jobs, ensuing that works are carried out to the high standards and timescales required.
