Part new build, part refurbishment of an existing commercial premises, this project included formation of new basement structure, to create three two bedroom residential units. The new basement structure was formed under the existing house and fitted with full cavity membrane and pumped package system. All units were fitted out to high specification in this ever more popular South London location. Underfloor heating was installed throughout and are supplied by Air Source Heat pumps which were installed to meet local authority energy reduction regualtions. Velfac windows supplied and installed by Velfac approved installers. Completed October 2019
