This was a development contract to refurbish, extend and convert an existing three storey warehouse style office building to create three high specification apartments. The works involve the addition of new fourth floor with terrace areas front and back, copper cladding and self-coloured insulated render to the external facades.

Considerable structural works were required to open up the ground floor area to create an open plan living space, and to add an additional fourth floor.

A full fit out will was carried out to very high specification to provide 7000 square foot of living space in a prime central London location.
