Contracting
West 9 can undertake developments and construction schemes in a traditional principle contractor role.
Projects can be tendered or negotiated as desired.
As Principle Contractor, West 9 will coordinate the build with the clients design team, while engaging suppliers/manufacturers and on site trades, ensuring that works are completed efficiently and to the highest of standards.
Design & Build
West 9 can also work on a Design & Build basis. Under a D&B contract, we are happy to take on the works either pre or post planning. We can work to Employer Requirements or a concept design and ensure that the final development meets the required budget, design brief and high quality of finish required.
Within a D&B service, West 9 can take on Planning, Architectural & Structural design, M&E design, Building Control, Party Wall awards, Service Utilities and final sign off.
Project
Managment
We are available to assist on a simple project management basis, assisting with all aspects of a development from planning through to completion.
We will ensure the design and site works are fully coordinated in order that they meet the clients requirements while satisfying all the required building regulations and planing conditions.
