Located in a prominent New Bond Street W1 area, this prestigious development involved the part demolition of an existing residential property and the erection of a new three bedroom two bathroom triplex apartment.
The position and constraints of the site made this project logistically challenging. A lightweight SFS framed structure was designed with logistics in mind. Lightweight, easily handled materials ensured the quick erection of the main structure, clad with a London Stock brick slip system, aluminium windows and GRP flat roof.
The high specification fit out included a kitchen from Poliform and bathroom fittings courtesy of CP Hart. A fully integrated smart lighting and AV system were installed, along with all the other usual smart features that a property of this standing would expect, all contained within a Control 4 user app.
