This five storey terraced Grade II listed building in SW1, was extended to the rear and refurbished throughout. 

A new double storey rear extension created a large open plan living space and extended kitchen area. 

Glazed roofs allowed natural light to flood into the property. 

Existing original features were retained, repaired and extended where required, to satisfy listed building consent. 

New upgraded insulations and acoustic floors and walls were installed to the clients requirements. 

A new bespoke kitchen was fitted with quartz worktops. Oak engineered flooring and porcelain tiled floors to the kitchen and dining areas.
