This residential scheme involved a part refurbishment and part new build to extend and convert and existing commercial office building to provide nine 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in a prime Leytonstone High Road location. 

The existing two storey building was subject to extensive structural alterations, including new structural steelwork, underpinning, mansard roof, timber floors and masonry external walls.

New windows were installed throughout. The contemporary fit out included sleek porcelain bathroom tiles, kitchen units and silestone worktops by Commodore, Quickstep laminate flooring and built in wardrobes. 

As part of the development we were tasked with altering the ground floor retail unit to form a new communal entrance and bike store.
