Following on from the successful development at 182 Balham High Road, we were approached by another private developer to build out a similar scheme on the neighbouring site, consisting of five residential apartments over the ground floor and basement  commercial unit. 
This new build scheme was constructed in a similar fashion, with a lightweight steel frame structure and SFS wall infills clad with a brickslip cladding system. The existing basement was extended to the rear to incorporate the new intake room, bicycle and refuse stores. 
The contemporary fit out was carried out to a high specification with some unique finishing touches such as oak wall panelling from Wood Veneer Hub, and glazed green bricks to bath surrounds. 
Kitchens and worktops were supplied by Krieder.
