ENNISMORE GARDENS    SW7

This private residential scheme involved substantial structural alterations, extension and full high spec fit out of double storey property in the prestigous area of Knightsbridge, London SW7. Works included extending and reconfiguring the floor layout to create a luxurious and contemporary two bedroom two bathroom garden apartment.

The fit out includes many bespoke joinery items such as a solid walnut staircase, fully fitted wardrobes, fitted dressing room and TV/Entertainment unit. The kitchen was supplied and installed by Open Plan Kitchens.

Bathrooms were finished in a templated contemporary marble and high specification sanitary appliances and furniture.

A RAKO lighting system was integrated with a home AV system.
