HAMILTON GARDENS
An existing 4 bedroom terrace house in an exclusive location in St Johns Wood was subject to significant alterations and extensions. A new basement was installed beneath the existing footprint of the house, and a sub-basement installed to the garden area. Rear extensions were also added at ground and first floor levels.
A high specification fit was undertaken using a number of specialist suppliers and installers. A bespoke RAKO lighting system was installed with Viabuzzuno light fittings throughout.
Junkers flooring was laid to the upper floors, Dinesen flooring to the ground and a polished concrete slab finish to the lower ground and sub-basement floors.
A steel and glass constructed staircase was installed from lower ground floor to 3rd floor,
bespoke fully fitted kitchen with basalt worktops and Gaggenau appliances, fully fitted wardrobes to all bedrooms, and a bespoke TV and entertainment unit to the lounge area.
Bathrooms were tiled and finished with various marbles including Calacatta and Carrera.
