HIGHBURY NEWPARK

Part demolition, structural works and full refurbishment to create a new extended three bedroom, three bathroom garden apartment which is part of a Grade II listed mansion block in a prime North London location.

The contemporary extension was created with a fully glazed rear elevation consisting of Maxlight sliding doorsystem, and a glazed roof link connecting to the existing building. The high specification fit out included UFH throughout, Junkers flooring, Italian porcelain tiling to bathrooms, bespoke kitchens and bathroom furniture.
