This project involved the full refurbishment of an existing terraced property in an exclusive location in South Kensington. The scheme included new basement structure with full cavity drain membrane and pumped drain system, to create a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom single residential dwelling in West Kensington. 

The traditional style fit out included bespoke fitted wardrobes and joinery fittings
