This project entailed the refurbishment and extension of a run-down commercial building to create 6 apartments and retail space over five storeys

The existing front and side facades were retained while the internal floors and walls were replaced with a new steel frame. An additional mansard level was added and the existing cellar was extended to create a larger basement for the retail unit.

The apartments were fitted out to suit a good standard lettings market that is present in this growing part of London. A new 6 person passenger lift was instlled by Schindler Lifts.  The commercial unit was fitted out to a contemporary style for an independent local estate agent.
