THE TOWNHOUSE

West 9 undertook this change of use scheme in a prime central London location for developer The Door Ltd. The works entailed substantial structural alterations and extensions of an existing terraced property. The existing cellar was fully extended to the full site footprint to form a fully useable basement, extensions to the rear, and an additional two floors were also added to create a six storey building containing four high specification 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. 

The works were completed in collaboration with C2 Architects and David Dexters Structural Engineers. 

The fit out included a bespoke private passenger lift for the penthouse apartment.
